CLASS IS FULL - Gelli Printing Workshop for Ages 10–12

Get ready to roll, print, and create at our fun and colorful Gelli Printing Workshop! Gelli printing (also called gel plate printing) is a fun, easy form of monoprinting that uses a soft, flexible gel plate to create one-of-a-kind prints. It's popular with beginners, children, and professional artists because it doesn't require a printing press and produces beautiful, layered results.

Join art instructors Ms. Dianne May and Ms. Carol Elliott for four exciting afternoons of hands-on creativity as students explore the fascinating art of Gelli printing. Participants will experiment with textures, layers, patterns, and vibrant colors while creating unique, one-of-a-kind prints.

Participants can expect to experiment with color, layering, and texture while creating a collection of unique prints to take home. No prior art experience is needed, making it a great class for beginners.

This workshop is open to children ages 10–12, with enrollment limited to just 4 students to ensure personalized instruction and plenty of one-on-one creative guidance.

As a special bonus, participants will take home their finished artwork, along with the Gelli printing plate and supplies used during the workshop, so they can continue creating at home.

Registration Information:
This workshop is free to attend, thanks to funding provided by a State Grant. Because space is limited and materials are purchased for each participant, a valid credit card, a check, or cash is required to reserve your child’s spot. You will not be charged if the participant attends or cancels at least 48 hours before the workshop.
