How We Handle Your Information

Howell Opera House / Livingston Arts Council

When you sign up on this page, we collect your first name, last name, and your email address. That's all we ask for, and here's exactly what we do with it.

If you check the box saying "Yes, keep me posted about the Opera House," we'll add you to our campaign email list and send you occasional updates about the Opera House, the restoration, and events. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email, and we'll honor it immediately. If you don't check the box, we won't add you to the mailing list, period.

We use standard website analytics to understand things in the aggregate: how many people visited, which posters and placements brought them here, and how far into our film they watched. This helps us learn what's working. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for their marketing, or track you individually around the internet.

Your information lives in systems owned and controlled by the Livingston Arts Council, the nonprofit that owns and operates the Howell Opera House. The trusted services we use to store contacts and send email process it only on our behalf.
