How the Rental Process Works

  • Start the Conversation – Fill out the inquiry form and tell us a little about the event you’re dreaming up.

  • Come See the Space – We’ll connect with you to talk through ideas, answer questions, and invite you in for a tour of the historic Howell Opera House.

  • Save Your Date – When everything feels right, we’ll finalize the details together, send over the agreement, and collect a deposit to officially reserve your event.

  • Bring It All Together – About two weeks before your event, we’ll reconnect to confirm guest count, linens, and walk through the final floor plan so everything is ready for a great celebration.
